A message from KCFF and Katahdin Elementary School: We are thrilled to announce the second year of the Katahdin Cubs Nature-Based After School Program for PreK, K, and 1st grade students at KES, made possible by the Elmina B. Sewall Foundation through KCFF. This outdoor-focused program, led by Ms. Michelle Birmingham, will run Monday-Thursday from 2:30 PM-4:30 PM, starting September 23. Children enrolled in the program will enjoy time in the garden spaces and outdoor classrooms having the opportunity to explore, connect, create, and imagine. Bussing is available in the same manner that the KES 21st Century After School Program is offered. Applications are being accepted until our enrollment is full. A link to the application is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1d2n0f9PA8esnQMapjVst6Re7gtT8pHIsECNWVcRNrXk/edit?usp=sharing or can be picked up in the KES office.
